If Ian gets intimate with both Lena and Holly, he'll have to choose one of them. If you choose Holly, he'll get massive penalty for his relationship with Lena, but they can still reconcile later. Not sure if they can still hook up, but I doubt it.
Like above had said, best to keep Lena as a friend and pursue Holly to the fullest.

Not necessarily. I think you could get through quite quickly and some of the set up for cuck Ian is already there. Wouldn't need to take too long to properly get into a cuck/hotwife relationship. Maybe a chapter at most
