The way I managed it was be good with both, go on the book trip with Holly, kiss but stop there, tell Lena, work through it, have Lena kiss Holly, then Holly Trinity at the beach.
I hear you can dump Lena for Holly after the book trip, and get her to join later as well. Not sure if a Lena/Holly relationship would let Ian in though.

I think last time I tried to get it to work, I ran into a greyed out choice. How do you get an Ian/Lena open relationship, and what can you do within that that won't immediately blow it up?

As a man, that's fairly true to most of us (I dont enjoy playing the super slutty corrupted women myself) but definitely have a hard time connecting with male LIs. That's one reason I like the game, because Ian is also ME, I can get into it. Most of the time when I play ANY game not just lewd ones and I'm a female I go the lesbian route. I just cant get the romantic connection with someone I dont fancy myself (excluding femshep and Garrus cuz it's just so damned sweet). But, it needs the romance for me personally. Shallow relationships in games bore me male or female.

My game skips to a Stan/Lena scene immediately after the beach house chapter without any context. I think it's bugged. Anyone got a similar problem?

Maintain a good relation with Holly as Ian and as Lena. Don't go to the book fair with Holly. Don't let Ivy corrupt Holly and make sure to care for Holly as Lena. Don't get involve with other characters, make Ian and Lena loyal to each other. Then later Holly will kiss Lena. In the beach house Lena will ask Ian about Holly and reply that "I care about her". And then you will be able to unlock the Trinity Path
If you fail to unlock this way then maybe try making Ian and Lena's relationship experimental. It might work this way also
Can anyone help me on how to unlock this photo of Alison, tried multiple routes but was unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me do I need to be love path or lust path ? Also does Ian have to be the first one to have sex with her or Jeremy should be the first one ?? I only know that she should be blonde(bimbo)

well, you can start a new game and select to unlock full gallery but if u want the play the full part all you need to do is to ignore Alison at the start so she can fuck jeremy, then when u talk to him all u need to do is request more videos of them fucking and later on when jeremy ask u about a threesome u acccept fuck them, at cchapter 12 Alison invites you over , accept fuck her and say u enjoy the videos if u remember cirectly, later at bitch house she sends u this.

I get some of the earlier complaints, as dealing with two MCs make this endeavor so much more complex to create and update, but i'm a fan of it. Or at least i prefer it the current way, else i'd be into Evakiss sticking to just a female MC. There just aren't that many great or even truly good games with a FMC, and if you factor it being 2D illustrated, you can barely count them on one hand.
While progress is slow at times, and getting to some desired outcome can be really annoyingly tricky without walkthroughs or mods, i'm still impressed at the branching paths the title currently offer. More often than not, games that try this literally give up after a meaty prologue, once their creators realize the depth of insanity, they are about to dive into.
