.I think this look is awful. She just looks ghetto. I find this look very detached from her character. I would have much preferred her to go further down the 'free spirit' path in some kind of rave wear that is more inline with her psychedelic personality traits. This just looks like she is a ghetto hooker.

I'd say it's far less lack of imagination and more acknowledgement that "cheap hookers" and such, as lovingly described in this thread, dress like this for a reason. And that reason isn't to look modest or to scare off johns.
You're not wrong, but I'd counter with variety is the spice of life, and people like the new and novel. If almost every woman in your two games ends up with the same style for their 'slut' modes, it looks like you're in a rut creatively. And it's not that EK can't do it, the boutique classy dress is a great counter-example; it just gives off path of least resistance vibes when you don't try and personalise it for the characters, to reflect them more individually. But that's just one opinion.
Lena + Cindy + Axel is the dream! It can start with Axel being with Cindy and having an Axel-path Lena walk in on them at the studio and continue with Axel dominating Lena and "forcing" (as much as the usual Lena-Axel scenes are "forced") Lena to pleasure Cindy. This can develop into Cindy realizing the intoxicating effect Axel has on women and branch into the two women helping each other break free of Axel... or dive deeper like Iris and Ashley with Arthur
