Yes, you can. I have a save where Ian keeps Holly as pure as possible while getting the wild sex outside (Emma, Minerva, Cherry and Alison threesome with Jeremy). Obviously Ian can't fuck Emma during the beach trip because he's sharing the room with Holly but he can put on sunscreen on her bath taking his time to do it (although not fingering her ass) and he can flirth with her too.

There's no evidence of it yet, but I could see it happening if Ian/Lena were on good terms with Jess and hung out with her and her partner a few times, and then someone suggests some playing around after a few bottles of wine. This could even be an epilogue type scene that is hard to get.

And yes Bad Jess is more likely for any type of sexual shenanigans. Not sure if she'll need to be turned good for that to happen.

This will probably get patched but as of now it is possible for Ian to participate in every threesome including the upcoming MMF threesome with Lena even after having the threesome with Holly. I was able to achieve this with a Lena on the slutty path. She had the threesome with Jeremy and Louise, the threesome with Ian and Louise and finally the threesome with Holly an Ian. Ian and Lena are FWB until chapter 12 where they enter into a throuple with Holly. But they still have the MMF threesome talks and can pick Jeremy as an option. Holly has the glory hole scene. So it's most likely an oversight by Eva that will get patched.
