Alison will try harder to get Ian's attention if he doesn't put up with her at the beginning with the possibility of getting her pregnant later in the game. Normal path Alison is all about using protection but slutty Alison is reckless.

The chapter 11 Alison seduction won't happen if Ian breaks up with her in chapter 10. So either don't date her or breaku up with her before chapter 9, which can happen on various ways, like fucking Emma or being too interested in Holly or Lena.

You either lock Alison down, become eskimo bros with Jeremy, or you leave her to Jeremy, et. al.
You'd likely be able to find some amount of fooling around outside Alison, but it wouldn't last if you wanted to keep Jeremy from rushing in at the first chance.

I haven't tried this, but you likely could date Alison, and fuck both Lena and Cindy but break up with them before you would be forced to. So it's not ideal, but you could get a taste. Again, I think, haven't tried it myself.

You can't. Cindy tells Ian to break up with Alison and Lena straight up. All 3 are exclusive of each other in love path. You can only have all three if you are dating Lena and cheating on her with Cindy and Ali where they are just your casual hookup.

Can't you break up with Cindy at that point and recommit to Alison? (same with Lena?) I know there are multiple off ramps, chosen or forced, for most of the characters.
Just to be clear, I know you can't keep all three (without the Lena cheating angle), but I figured you could sleep with all three at least once, and then choose.
