There are certain choices sprinkled throughout the game on how to deal with Wade. I am guessing he'll either be a success story or a bum like Perry in the epilogue. Depending on those choices we might see how Cindy would react.

There is no Alison/Lena love path. You either stick with Lena and then cheat on her with bimbo Ali or stick with Ali from the beginning straight up.
Technically you can also switch from Alison to Lena after giving Alison cold shoulder in the later part in the game.

I think it's Eva Kiss indicating that there will be a secondary route to Cindy romance route. Whether that's Cindy cheating or just Cindy doing more lewd photoshoots with a docile Ian. But you're right Eva Kiss generally includes ways to hop off different trains and doesn't railroad the player into getting cheated on.
Ian isn't so docile as u say lol he stealed cindy from wade.
