Those updates aren't really canonized, since they happen only if Holly actually slept with guys. But Holly still has to fuck at least Ivy before she gets to the glory hole, so i guess that technically counts as "fucking someone on the way".

Well, that gloryhole scene is pretty fucked-up anyway. It feels very rapey. Definitely the worst thing to happen in the game by so far, since when a rape-adjescent scene happens to Lena (so far), she either need to have sought it out somewhat or / and get opportunity to prevent it happening. It does not look like the Holly got to choose / consent to the gloryhole scene to me.
It could be because we don't get access to the context, maybe Holly got opportunities to refuse and acctively chose to participate, but it really did not look like it to me. Especially playing that path where Holly had sex with Ivy but was not interested in guys (Ian excepted).
There is no path where Holly is not interested in guys. She's canonically interested in them, and player's choices that aim to discourage her from getting it on with some of them don't change her sexuality. So there isn't anything odd in her sucking a few dicks as means to have fun of her own when the player opts not to romance her.

I have to say (again), Eva made a mistake by not giving Lena a bigger role in Holly's slutification.
On one hand, yes. On the other -- if you weren't getting any for a few years then you have some catching up to do.
It's also fairly common stereotype that "it's the shy girls who are real freaks in bed". So Holly indulging herself once she's convinced that it's nothing to be ashamed of is pretty in line with that, imo. It's not so much she changes, as she just stops hiding how she always was but didn't have courage/opportunity to act upon it.

If there are drugs involved with slut Holly, this could also have depended on Lena's behavior. For example at the same point Lena can tell Holly to "release her inner slut," Holly could have perhaps said that Ivy had told her, that Lena had taken some hard drugs at one point and ask if this is true.
Eva already directs Lena and Holly's friendship certain ways so if you have had Lena take molly at one point, she could just have written it so Lena always confirms this, which would make Holly then take them too. This could then perhaps escalate sex with Mark to the gloryhole more seamlessly and be a real consequence to your actions. Holly copying what Lena does instead of just what Lena says.

I still feel like the initial setup was slow enough that a "falling off the sexual cliff" situation isn't entirely warranted when it happens. I barely finished GGGB and only Jack's route because he was the most attractive looking dude in the game. I loved him and his route. I plan to play some if the others, but clearly it doesn't interest me as much as before. I can't say that the game is my fav because not only I didn't completed the game, there aren't kinks I'm into much. ORS is better to me.

By "not interested in guys", I meant Holly "not interested in fucking random guys", not 'being lesbian'. I had chosen to not fuck random guys at every turn. Beside sleeping with Lena and Ivy, she was very much 'not a slut' (I did pick choices that would lead her to 'change, but none of those where she would sleep with randos), and yet she ended up cocked up at the glory holes.
I see, but like i said, interfering through Lena so Holly doesn't fuck a guy or two isn't going to have impact on her overall inclination to have sex with guys, including randos. The game simply doesn't give you such control in this regard, beyond whether you put her under Ivy's control or not.
By allowing Ivy to start "training" Holly you effectively give Ivy permission to shape Holly the way Ivy sees is going to be good for her, and that includes fucking all kinds of guys. She isn't going to be "not a slut" with such mentor, because Ivy considers such restraint nothing but nonsense.

It's not always so directly telegraphed however. If you play things out in such a way that Holly/Ivy gets starting by Ivy initiating the threesome with Lena in the shower, there is nothing to really suggest this should lead to Ivy taking over mentorship of Holly's sexual life.
Of course this is a somewhat specific routing, and also you could argue that Lena has denied herself the Holly romance by "fraternizing" with Ivy previously and not rejecting her in that scene, but I still think there are some scenarios where the slutty Holly route just sort of happens without a lot of setup. That's mostly due to Eva not including a middle-ground path, the choice is either Holly becomes slutty or doesn't explore her sexuality at all, outside of her romantic options.

I think to some extent it's hinted at, with how, if Ivy had fucked Lena before, Lena needs to spend a will point to resist her shower advances. Ivy is pretty clearly seducing Lena and being dominant in their relationship, so it's not that much of a surprise that the whole arrangement turns into some sort of Ivy building her own lesbian harem here and "stealing" Holly from Lena. But it definitely isn't direct, like you say, and can be rather abrupt.
