No. The male MC can at this point sleep with every female LI, but in doing so stretches himself thin and some LI, like Alison, will sleep with others.

the check should be for elseif ian_lena_couple: As it is, it can fire also when Holly Trinity is active, and the game can produces potentially two different texts: e.g one where Ian is absolutely happy with Lena and Holly, and immediately after Emma comments he seems worried about how things go with Lena (because ian_lena_crisis can be true at this point in the ian_lena_couple branch)
