No. The male MC can at this point sleep with every female LI, but in doing so stretches himself thin and some LI, like Alison, will sleep with others.

By the way, does Emma always go away from the feminine thing if Ian doesn't tell her to be hotter? I was sure in my playthrough I had expressed approval, but for some reason she was back to her old look...
