Thread should not have been bumped for a preview imo. Everyone is gonna come away disappointed. And people will miss the actual update if it's within the next two weeks

It's a preview for 1 gig? Also do we need to clear it from start to see new scene? Cos my saves doesn't compatible.

Every now and then i come back to play this fucking game and i forget how hot this shit is, does anyone know if its close to finishing? I hope we have some more lol
Finishes between chapter 16 - 20, we're on 14. So not close to finishing, but more is coming at the end of this month.
Considering the only lesbian relationship in the game is really Lena/Holly, yeah, no?
(Lena/Louise is a sex romp, but then so is half of Lena's relationships with guys)
Re-reading the original complaint, i'm now more inclined to believe this was in facta cry for helppoorly worded usual talk how male options for Lena are for the most part shit. (and so your only "option" are "fetishized lesbian hookups" or whathaveyou)

people aint wrong about lena+male options though, the girls in the game are great the guys are pretty meh, at least GGGB had tropes (young, old, thug, black) robert, mark and mike feels kinda like vanilla, vanilla bean, vanilla haagendazs. Literally could just be one character and nothing would be missed

Everytime I see an update, I am both happy and despaired. Happy because this game is going strong and Evakiss remains one of the most consistent devs. And besides, 2D art games is always welcome. Despaired because I am so left behind and the last time I played it was 2 years ago and I was over a few days deep and I couldn't find time to restart too many times. But this is a good problem to have. So much content.
Godspeed and can't wait to try the Steam version soon and crossing fingers Ian can get Alison as his wife... She needs his baby inside her.

Every time I see this game update I ask myself the same question: Do I allow myself to endure the absolute retarded notion of EK's halfass, unimaginative, scraping the barrell for content, updates with the continued shafting of Ian and Ivy hooking up and see is continue to fail to happen or do I bite the metaphorical bullet and say fuck it.
At this point, we have reached well past rock bottom folks. We are very well in Hell at this point. Zero creativity for this update at all. Just a reuse of Tyrone's party scene with revamped artwork and difference characters. Thats literally going to be it. And EK is supposed to still be on par with the "greats" out there in the AVN realm? Yeah no. If you literally reusing a scene and scenario from your first game only with some minor changes, that shows the world that you have no creativity or imagination. Which to be fair at this point is accurate as hell for the latest chapters.

Ehh, what are you talking about? I mean, there's literally one scene in this preview and it ain't even happening at the mansion, but on the road there. So we don't know what will be happening there, or how creative (or not) it's going to be.

Trust me, young one. I have forseen the future in this. It's literally going to be a mirror of Tyrone's party from GGGB, with likely Tyrone making a Cameo, laying pipe in Lena, then fucking off somewhere, with the same notion of unimaginative sex fest for modelling and what not. It's going to play out to that effect on some level, and when it's all said and done, we'll all look back at this comment and say 'Holy Shit. Hawkes was right about this.'

You could argue that by being in the last quarter of the story we are getting closer to the finish line, but I am guessing that this arc (Billy's event) will be similar to the last one but focusing on Lena's POV and will mark the end of the 2nd Act, and on the final Act we will, update by update, start feeling the weight of our decisions
Semantics. I would argue because the chapters are getting longer and wait times for full chapters is increasing, it averages out to not being close to completion even if it ends at a conservative chapter 16. I don't even think the game will be finished within the next 2 years.

Perks of being a branched story, as we advance it takes exponentially more time to move forward. Also, considering EK is more consistent than your average AVN dev, we may be getting a couple of endings about a year to 18 months from now, but over 2 years seems about right for the time in which we will finally get to the end
