Chapter 14.1 Status Report (10)

These days I’m still rushing to get as much of the chapter done as I can before September. I’ve been testing the script, finishing up art assets, and writing the final beats all at once, so I barely have time for anything else, including going into detail with status reports.
The hardest part has been weaving together all the possible permutations and branching scenes, since these kinds of events, spanning several consecutive in-game days with a wide cast of characters, are especially complex, compared to isolated scenes with just two or three people. On top of that, I want to take full advantage of everything this narrative arc has to offer, and make sure each scene is packed with as much artwork as possible so it doesn’t feel sparse or flat.
That’s all I’ve got for this report, so I’ll leave you with a little sneak peek and get back to work: it never stops! The release is getting closer, and I can’t wait. I’ll do my best to make it as complete, polished, and satisfying as possible!
