Stay together with who? There is no dedicated "swinger" path. On multiple relationships the protagonists can have some kind of sharing experience. For example Ian+Alison with Jeremy, Ian/Mike+Lena with Louise. Also there is an open relationship path of Ian and Lena with another potential threesome coming up.

you have the chance to create a throuple (a 3 people relationship) by inviting holly to it (or be on holly's path and invite lena the FMC). don't know if that is what you are after.
otherwise MMC and FMC can invite louise for a threesome and there is talk about inviting emma, as well as a potential threesome with another guy.

I don't see why any of the women couldn't be available for at least double penetration scene if it were available. It could even be that multiple of the female characters get that kind of scene, who knows. Double anal I feel like will be reserved for Lena or perhaps Emma some time.

I don't have a strong opinion on who should get a turn first. I have little interest in anal personally and prefer spitroasting as a position when it comes to fmm threesomes.

I'm a woman who mainly plays female pov games of this type. I find Ian rather inoffensive, at least I can by and large play Lena independently and since his selection of female lovers is large and somewhat diverse he's got enough content to at least entertain me while I wait for each Lena section.

I would still prefer that it had been just Lena myself. Although, while you'd be tempted to imagine all the dev time that's been allocated to Ian transferred to her, the truth of game development just is that, that would have been a very different game really. No one can know if it'd have been any better.

I'm not sure what to tell you about good female options for Ian as a woman, I think there are pros and cons to most of his options.
I could perhaps be tempted to say that if you wanted the least dramatic option for him, it would perhaps be Cherry. That's assuming he pursued only one woman of course. Her and Axel seem to be in the past firmly and Perry doesn't squeak the same way when pursuing her compared to going for Emma. Cherry is hot, driven and sexually bold too.
