Yes. For the open relationship, Lena has to cheat on Ian and Ian has to confront her about it in chapter 12. Ian or Lena can then propose to open the relationship which will allow both parties to sleep with whomever they please.

Don't flirt with Cindy. Accompany her to Blazer. Tell Wade to fight for her. Tell her to go to the photoshoot with Wade. In chapter 9, accompany her to her second shoot, stay there and ideally tell Axel off the second time he touches her. Ask her if she wants to be with Wade afterwards.

That way they keep together as long as possible an break up on good terms. Later on, Cindy asks for Wade, indicating that she still cares about him. And Wade goes out of his depression.
