I found a error in the gallery. Version Ch.14.1.3 Beta.
Scene on page 47 - "Mike calls his girlfriend. Lena & Mike"
You need to choose an answer for question:
Did Lena like the makeup style Zarina showed her? - Yes, she loved it
The next choice is unimportant.
And then in the scene after Mike says
"Yeah, sorry, I..."
An animation plays where Lena's tattoos appear and disappear on her left arm and left leg, even though they shouldn't be there.

Ah this is not a fault of the gallery, this is a an error with the art of the base game. The tattoos are included in the base image, I'll report it to Eva, thanks.
