Disliking most of the males for one reason or another doesn't mean I don't want options for Lena to act slutty, I am just unlucky to find few of them very interesting. I have played their routes on occassion, I just don't consider any of them interesting enough to warrant deciated playthroughs or revisioning my "canon" playthrough.

For example in ch. 14 Lena can be very flirty with Zarina and you get a character like Anthony that you can fuck practically right after meeting him, but even on my Holly romance playthrough I can also have Lena present as slutty to the camera, which I am quite curious to see play out both for her romance and for whatever kind of content Nymph turns into.

So I suppose part of it is more the promise of more. Lena has certain avenues where she can express a lustful interest, plus there's the variable backgrounds for her now since ch. 12, so she is a much more customizable character now.

So I mean both. I sometimes pair her with options I dislike, though not so often. I also like expressing a lustful interest with her, even when unable to actually experience that side of her directly, hoping for payoff down the road.

I won't speak for Blandchili, however off the top of my head.

Lena has now been able to have sex with Emma, Holly, Louise, and Ivy. With Emma and Holly noticeably becoming sluttier themselves if directed that way. There is the girl from the bar that Lena can still potentially hook up with. We also have Zarina, Jess, and Sophia just introduced one of whom is a wild looking woman, one of whom can have a slutty, wild background, and the final is just a mirror image of Ivy. So like, there is a lot of potential for Lena to be slutting it up with female cast shortly.

Still, I suppose I'm mainly just trying to imagine myself in somewhat of a flip situation here. Where if I disliked most of the women in the game as LIs, and also that I really didn't like playing as Lena. I'm like...would I still be playing this? The answer would probably be no honestly. I don't think I would be able to play the game, if I couldn't get invested in Lena as well as Ian. But I suppose there are two things that make it a rather unique situation.

1. Again, you do have two MCs. So I suppose you could just slack it up and ctrl through the one you disliked, if you really enjoyed playing the other one, just that much. And I guess that's what some do here? Some with Lena and some with Ian? I just couldn't be bothered doing that personally if I disliked one of them. I got to vibe with my MCs at least a decent amount or what's the point.

2. A tie into the 1st point kind of. But I suppose it's much harder for the people who only want to play as Lena to be able to justify dropping this one as easily if they didn't like playing as Ian. As (correct me if you think I'm wrong here, just my opinion) but it's MUCH easier to find high quality, good AVNs with solely a MMC. Vs trying to find ones of a similar quality with just a FMC. So you end up with things like this. With the people who are fine with both, and then the people who only want to play as Lena. As I imagine most of the people who only want to play as an MMC enough here. Will have just gone elsewhere instead of having to deal with an FMC.

*shrug* Afraid this game has at least a few of these "why?" kind of pre-reqs - i.e. for some reason, if you've ever earned a single heart / expressed potential emotional attachment to Ian as Lena, (including just cuddling after sex - kill me, I'm a post-coital cuddler! ) you can never kiss Holly at all, (even if Ian's never expressed the slightest interest in Holly). You can select the option, but you always get yoinked back and it says you don't really want to do that. You can do anything you want with pretty much any male in the game and no issue, but kissing a woman? Madness!!

Correction - apparently if you've done anything whatsoever with Ian, you're locked out of Holly. <-- Is sad.

No, you can have started dating Ian then break up with him, and then start a relationship with Holly.

You can even break up with Ian early and still get to the Holly trinity actually.
