I suspect that, much like Ian's relationship with Gillian, if Lena remains hung up on Axel and especially if she fucks him again, this blocks establishing long-term relationship with other people. I meant that the condition is that in Chapter 12, Ian punishes Lena and she has a scene with Axel, and in Chapter 13, Lena goes on a date with everyone except Ian. It seemed to me that she was implying she needs both Ian, who punished her, and Axel, who she can’t forget. I had some curiosity towards the subject when I was a young woman, but I kept my sexual explorations casual when I was single.
