After reading the Q&A, your Joe Pesci meme could not be more acurate brother! Perfect reaction, tip of the hat! (No sarcasm, honestly)

This is the typical bs from EK through and through. Any specific question was answered with GRR Martin level "Soon...trust me. Any complex plot or character question was answered with rambling nonsense imho. The 16-20 chapter; most likely 18, puts ORS being finished in 2029/30.

Hi guys. I noticed this game and I really like the art style. As I understand it, the game is choices driven, but the screenshot set from the home page gives an NTR vibe overall. So is there enough content in all routes, or only in specific ones? And is it possible to 100% avoid unwanted content like cheating/NTR?

You play as dual protagonists in this game. In the advent you decide to set them up with each other, it's very easy to avoid the choices that lead to NTR. On other paths and romances NTR is still avoidable, it's just a bit tricky on some if you don't pick the right options. My advice is just to play the game blind and have fun discovering all the options.

You can avoid all potential NTR traps, though one is persistent, so be firm and you are good.
Keep in mind that NPCs may get in relationship with others if the MCs don't pursue them, since they have agency and a life outside the MCs perception.
