That one would be hot as well, it's true. But I think that one will be A BIT harder to pull off. As it feels like to me at least, that they are supposed to just be natural enemies. What with how easy it is to make them hate each other, with the model discussion, and then the Axel one. Yeah, Cindy ain't turning Bi for the sake of the plot made by fans. There's really no reason for her to interact with Lena other than a platonic acquaintance. She comes across as someone who enjoys monogamy and is pretty quick in shutting down Lena and Alison's path.

People get out of a long relationship when there is no fulfilment met. I agree, Cindy took the shoddy way, but she's no town bicycle like slutty Lena/Ivy/Holly. She only fucks, or rather gets frisky with Axel on Ian/Cindy's casual path. She breaks up with Wade before getting on with Axel, and if she gets on with Axel on Ian/Cindy's romantic path, then you as a player fumbled for not setting up a boundary.

I really don't understand why EK has invested so much work on this path, I find Cindy far less interesting than Lena. I would have very much preferred Cindy to be a candidate for a threesome with Ian/Lena and that's it.
this would be a perfect scene for testing Ian's stamina (Athletics).

Romance her and don't mess up the relationship with her and Ian, then she won't fuck Axel. There are two differing versions where you either trust her or set boundaries in which case she's more daring when working with him if you do not. If Wade breaks up with Cindy she doesn't fuck Axel either.
In the game's routing it recognizes three different paths to Cindy/Axel with various conditions I believe, though it's been a while since I looked into it, wherein all she seems to fuck him. Though it has of course not actually been confirmed.
So three where she fucks him and three where she don't. Half.
Given her popularity I understand why. Cindy's got some interesting elements to her route that makes her an engaging prospect I think. She's hot, somewhat of a forbidden fruit, and has some moral questions to her route. There's a bit to enjoy for most I guess.
