Yeah, iirc we have discussed that the logic which determines which variant of the scene you get at that point is possibly bugged. We'll have to wait and see if it's fixed/changed in the next update.

In order to have faithful loyal Lena cheat on Ian with Jeremy in spite of just having told him she would only test the waters with him is as follows:
- Lena must have sucked Jeremy at Ivy's
- Lena must have flirted with Jeremy on the phone afterwards
- Very important: Lena must have picked Jeremy when Ian asks her if she has a candidate for the threesome. If she picks anyone else (john for example) and that she only mentions Jeremy at the party as another candidate, then she will stop before it goes too far.
- And obviously, she must have persuaded Ian to let her test the waters.
- Besides, I suppose she must take all the drugs and have enough lust.
But yes indeed, in that case, the most faithful Lena up to now, max wits, who has not slept with anyone else but Ian and in a serious faithful relationship with him, cheats on Ian with Jeremy automatically while she promised him a second ago that she wouldn't go all the way.

so from what I understood from comments this game is quite focused on cheating/swinging/ntr, yeah? but is it possible to do a pure harem route for male protag? if yes, is it worth it? if it's not possible, how much content would be available without having fem protag touch other dudes? should I just not bother with this game and skip it?

It's focused on cheating only in that it's the backdrop to practically all the relationships that existed before the story begins (protags exes) and some of the NPC ones during. Nothing forces you to cheat or make others cheat or get with cheaters and who the two protags sleep with is entirely up to you, each other included.
I get that game doesn't force you to cheat, I was just trying to figure out what percentage of scenes are with other dudes, basically. So if I exclude those, would it be worth playing?

No harem, though you can play the male MC as a chad and fuck all girls. They usually break up or keep it casual, then.
You can play the female MC as chaste, since every potential erotic scene is avoidable.

I can't give you a percentage. Like I said no scenes are forced so you can play either protag as fucking no one if you like. You can also have Lena sleep with just women if you prefer.
As for harems, most likely not, this isn't that sort of game thankfully. Currently Ian can sleep with all available female characters in a single playthrough, but certain options will sleep with other characters for you to accomplish this. You can play things in a way so certain women don't sleep with certain other charatcers, but not while sleeping with Ian or being dedicated to him alone at least.
