What purpose would Ian fighting Axel outside of MMA? From what I've seen Axel's obsession with Lena seems to have lessened. I don't think Ian will need to protect any of the girls from him. Unless beating him in MMA is what you mean.
If I'm going for Alison, should I avoid anything sexual between Ian and Lena? I'm not sure if Alison's love route allows for Ian to sleep around. Also I heard you can have Ian and Lena be friends with benefits but I don't know if it's compatible with Alison's route. Some clarification would be nice.

I know Cindy breaks Alison's love route so I'd avoid her. I think as long as you avoid getting too serious with Lena you are mainly safe.

Some players (especially over on Patreon) have this odd, almost fetish like obsession with "putting Axel in his place" simply because the storyline dares to have him interact with their beloved Cindy.
They think this will impress the girls instead of showing Ian as being the exact same jealous and possessive douchebag as Axel.
If anything, I want it to happen just so Axel knocks a cocky Chad Ian down a peg or two.

Well first of all it would be fun to have another street fight-esc scene between characters in the game. I think it's 10/10 drama and fun to watch. Watching Ian beat Roberts ass was rather fun IMO, so why not get some more?
Second of all, I'm not sure where you're getting this unanimous thing of his 'obsession with Lena lessening.' As the last interaction between the three of them, outside of the nightclub. Has Axel trying to 'bitch' Ian and push him over while really not seeming to be 'over' Lena. And then Ian and him can also have another 'verbal fight' this time, of Ian daring him to try something when he runs into him with Cindy if you meet certain requirements.
Quite a few signs there pointing to them eventually having a bit of a brawl. And I think the average person will want their MC to win said fight. And put this fucking smug gorilla posing, aryan dreamchild, on his arse.
So as long as I only keep Lena and Ian as fuck buddies it's fine? How do I do that?

If I go for Cindy, do I have to worry about her cheating on Ian? I already saw how easily she folded to Axel and I don't feel like dealing with that. Also does letting her pose nude contribute? I guess I'm okay with some spoilers on this one.

We don't know yet, but the implication is that she refuses Axels advances if Ian treats her optimally. It's fairly difficult though, her entire path is walking on eggshells.
Also, she always models nude.
I'm using JDMOD so I think I have everything I need to make the optimal choices.

It's usually indicative, but in chapter 12, choose the wits option over the heart option to set boundaries.
So when JDMOD says an option makes Holly want to be more like Lena, Is that different from her getting influenced by Ivy? Because there's already options to increase her confidence, but I'm not entirely sure how they differ exactly.

There are some similarities and it may overlap. If Lena wants to date Holly, she can lose her to Ivy.
But generally, Holly either stays a shy nerd or becomes a slut (assuming neither Ian and Lena date her).
I'm trying to go for the Ian/Lena/Holly route in this case. Can I still pick pick the options but discourage the more extreme stuff Ivy suggests?
