For the first one Lena has to be doing the full Stalkfalp and have a positive relationship with Stan. She also has to be not dating or cheating on Ian. If you have enough rp with Stan you can fuck him. For the second one Lena has to have picked the heart option for Stan in chapter 11 when Stan offers her his sword. She can then have a movie date with him in chapter 13 if she has not joined the throuple.
