No one asked for it, no one voted for it. Eva just went half cocked without any input, expected it to be better than sliced bread, only to fail epicly.
That was fixed in the beta update for the Ch.11 Prologue so can be now enabled and picked, but requires replaying the bit of Ch.10 when the value is getting set.

If you reject Stan (even politely) he goes on a full blown out niceguy/incest rant of low Lena was leading him on (I think it only happens if Lena's been taking money for photoshoots with him though). Even if you agree to give him a chance he comments: "So I'm stuck in a friendzone after all?"
