As for the saying Jeremy fucked half the female cast, he only had Alison once in 1 of my play through. Get an early sex with Ali then block him in the boys night, grind on Emma in the club and bring her home will result in Jeremy fucks Alison. When hanging out with him in the bar don't talk about Emma will close his Emma path. Even if you are in serious relationship with Lena there's still scene with Alison.
Lena doesn't do shit with Jeremy unless the player wants to throw her at him, you can literally make Ian into a cheating man slut with Lena being a loyal nun. The threesome of LenaxLouisexIan/Mike is also possible without Lena being in Jeremy's threesome so... there's that if people really hate Jeremy.

Something I noticed for Mark, Holly, and Lena. Lena can protect Holly at the club from Mark, blow him, encourage Holly to meet him in chapter 11, and in the epilogue Lena bangs Mark. Meaning Mark sleeps with both Lena and Holly. Only thing about this sequence of events is that Lena never sees pictures or video of Mark banging Holly, but it is told to her by Ivy. I'm not sure if this is an intended route since Lena doesn't really acknowledge the fact that both fucked him. Alternatively if Lena was a voyeur with Holly and Mark, he says he will keep the pics coming. Both of these paths may lead to a future Lena, Holly, Mark threesome.

To be honest it surprises me a bit that it's made out to be such a big deal. Ivy proclaims the wonders of casual sex to Holly and throws her at randos but orbits around Jeremy as if there is some kind of risk to banging him. I used to wonder if perhaps there will be a romance sub-plot after they'd bang, y'know, they'd catch feelings for each other all of a sudden, but it's taken so long by now to even get past that point.

He doesn't say shit about Ian banging Cindy, he doesn't tell Ian about Lena flirting with him/blowing him, he doesn't mention Gillian being back to Ian, and now he can catch Lena blowing Marcel while dating Ian. Kinda disappointed to find out there's none(even though it was hinted at the beginning when he finds Lena on her underwear in the store and later starts barging in without giving a fuck).

Still a good game though. Art is even better than the other game.
