Not that I think she is wrong for titling it chapter 13 cause it is part of Chapter 13, but I also am not wrong in asking for clearance. 12 final took weeks and didn't even had a new scene. The final version is usually released after one or two weeks.
Seymour update was short, self-contained and was very likely prepared for a while.

I'm really confused. Did we ever get any of Lena's POV at the beach house? If not will we ever get it or is chapter 12 definitively finished? I really wanted to see what happens when Lena shares a room with Holly.

No I don't think so at this point, I think it should have been included in the Seymour update though so at least players who are not on that route can have something to enjoy.

Sometimes updates don't include new scenes, especially when we're talking Alpha > Beta > Final. It includes fixed code, new lines of dialogue, changes to existing dialogue. Sometimes Eva even goes back to very early in the game and makes changes there so that a new development added in a more recent chapter has some level of set up.
I know we're all a bunch of filthy degenerates here, except for ffive , but one of the things that makes Eva's games so good is that attention to detail to other aspects of the story besides just the sex scenes.
And let me say this, there as been a lot added to early game as far as dialogue and how choices affect stats of Lena and Ian, as well as their friendship points with other characters. If you're only playing the latest updates from where the last update left off, you're doing yourselves a disservice.
