How did you get this all in one playthrough?

Just fuck them and don't fuck the non-mentioned girls (Alison, Lena and Holly).
Cherry only breaks up if you are with Alison and Lena.
Minerva is mostly independent, but she breaks up if Ian is with Holly.
Louise can always get interested in Ian during chapter 12, unless he is with Holly.
Cindy happens if you date her. Maybe don't date Lena to get Cindys love route.
Jess is independent from the rest of the story, like Minerva.

This was from my save where I tried to bang every girl in the game which I repurposed for my Cindy which I then repurposed for this save. In this save Ian professes his love for Cindy while dating Lena but not dating her seriously as well as banging all the other girls. By chapter 11, Cindy forces Ian to break up with Lena. Before breaking up with Lena, Ian convinces Cherry after the art exhibition to continue dating him cause he's gonna break up with Lena anyways. Ian breaks up with Lena with a flimsy excuse. He doesn't bang Jess but professes his love for her. He doesn't share a room with Emma but bangs her the next morning and professes his love for her. He also flirts with Ivy and Louise. Holly later comes onto Ian later in the chapter and Ian could not resist her and intends to profess his love for her next chapter I didn't bother with Gillian this playthrough cause fuck her! But it is in fact possible to add her to the long list of girls Ian loves. It is as you guys say. I'm a degenerate...

I also see little reason for him to lie. He doesn't need more money and becoming even less popular by his flatmates is something he wouldn't want to risk. He would want to play it safely.

It could have been an ugly bastard route, extorting them money or sexual services. But I don't think it's in the plans, that's not how he was (re)written

I agree that he doesn't really seem like a person who could do such thing, but it doesn't make Lena who accepts what Stan tells her without checking any less naive. I think it's one spot where Louise scoffing at her for blind compliance and just accepting the deal that she was no part of, isn't entirely unwarranted.

Lena and Louise are free to ask the landlord themselves and Stans cover would be blown immediatly.

I really don't see much value discussing this. Increasing rents add to Lenas financial struggle and the overarching effect urbanism has on the people. To have this plot point as a scheme for Stan magically becoming a blackmailer just goes nowhere.

I said nothing about blackmail so dunno where that comes from. But Stan turning out to be a little crook trying to screw over his flatmates (particularly if he isn't getting along with them or after being spurned by Lena) could potentially add to his characterization, which is for the time being pretty limited. Something this thread mentioned multiple times.
