I just got done playing more tonight and Wade and P-P-Perry are complaining because Wade wants to do his own thing, gaming, but he doesn't like her doing her own thing, modelling. And again, they complain about her always wanting to do her own thing when Wade won't go to the Blazer with her, but she always goes to the Fortress with him.
They honestly drive me up the wall, which is probably the whole point.
In my current playthrough I did encourage Wade to continue his gaming. Because the more he does that, the more I can have Cindy!

It's probably after Billy's update. Right now there's no reason for them to interact. Unless Ian meets Ivy at the gym or at the club, other than that they don't have any mutual meeting place.
