Don't let Ivy fuck Holly (at her home or in the showers), and don't encourage Holly to fuck random club rats. But you can have her idiolise Lena and work out at the pole-dancing class, but you have to be very careful after that point, or you'll bump her into Ivy's current.
That has nothing to do with Gillian though. Gillian thoughts mostly fuck up Ian committing to a new relationship, like Lena or Holly (or the Trinity). So, let him still have feelings for Gillian if you want Ian to be a slutty fuckboi.

So currently, her plotline is a decent mystery with tons of potential (even more so if her new boyfriend is Mike).
Contrast it with Lena/Axel, which was shown to be toxic in the prologue and which doesn't have any mysteries or secrets left.
Regarding the cuck route, it gives Ian a plausible motivation/reason to be a cuck, rather just transforming a normal guy to absolute doormat without elaboration/justification.

She cheated on him. Ian was never bad in bed, and Alison did say she asked Gillian about it. So you can rule out "not being satisfied". Gillian probably wanted more adventure in her life and committed to cheating. When a person does that, you can move on. True, it takes time, but meeting new people helps with it. Baluart is filled with various types of people, which will help Ian move on.

I know Gil left him when they were dating. When was it said outright that she cheated tho? I know that's the scenario from Ian's nightmare and it's believed that she has a new boyfriend. I just don't remember which character said she cheated. I haven't played from the beginning in a while.
So is there any point in trying to reconcile Wade and Cindy if she's just gonna bang Axel anyway?

When Ian/Lena/Holly meet Gil at the station, Gil heavily implied that she cheated. "She didn't know she was that kind of a person" or something along those lines.

Yeah I'm saying that if they breakup on good terms they will eventually work out their problems and get back together with nothing happening with Axel. If it's a bad breakup then I can see her getting with Axel during the Wildcats trip.
