The more you share characters the more they might sleep around. If Ian commits to characters they will be loyal to Ian.
To get into a relationship with Louise, there are different ways. Most of her scenes with Lena are when Louise separated from Jeremy. But if Lena is on the Jeremy path she can have a threesome with Jeremy and Louise. If she does or if Louise separates then dates Lena she can have a threesome with Lena and Ian or Mike. Most recently Ian can sext with Louise, ignores most paths but also not much content yet.

I thought it was Wit, Confidence, (Athletics), and Lust. And then there is also Chad, Fit, and Cuck scores for Ian, and Lena gets Posh.
But yes, played it multiple times.
The "fit level" is basically just a True / False statement applied to Ian at the moment, as opposed to an actual score like Chad, Cuck, or Posh. I think there will be a second level for him, and that there will be a similar status for Lena at some point too. But that is all speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt.
Eva Kiss said "second-to-last status update", which means the there might not be an update this weekend, but instead another status update next week and only then the update. Alternatively the next status update might release along side the update, but I am not getting my hopes up for this weekend.

The first time I read the status report I thought the update would be out this weekend, but rereading it at the end it says "With that, I’m hoping to have everything ready for playtesting by the end of the week." so I imagine she will first playtest and then she will announce the alpha version of the update.
Yeah I made a similiar mistake. I associate alpha with playtesting, but she probably means playtesting the update in-house before releasing the alpha. Though in theory, if the update runs well with minimal bugs, then the update could release sooner than expected. But still, I am looking at next week's weekend.

That is only half of the story, it is possible to be on the Alison romance path and still have e.g. a threesome with Jeremy. But that has specific conditions to be met and being faithful outside the threesomes is one.
