Now would be the most interesting time to reopen access to a reverse-cuck path with Emma/Perry and Ian as the bull. Since Emma/Perry relationship is now a thing, having a route reopen now would be a much more intriguing dynamic than an Ian that's been railing her since before they were together. Get Ian and Lena together. Lena also must be with Axel and/or Seymour and fall for them in chapter 9. Then in chapter 10, Lena is not in the mood while having sex with Ian and he can start the cuck path by choosing the sad smiley option.
Alternatively, Ian can become a cuck to Lena even if she isn't sleeping with anyone else. For that, they musn't have any vaginal sex until chapter 10, then Lena is also not in the mood and Ian can start the cuck path.

Yes I've seen that, its the Cindy Love route.

Even if you are in a committed relationship, and you don't make the choice to have that conversation, it results in possible cheating (although not all the way) as she claims it to be.
However, photo 4 seems a bit too unlikely for someone who didn't go "all the way", it almost looks like a photo taken during sex from the angle.

Although, of course, angles can be manipulated too.
