I only agree with that part about Perry, where pretending to help him and then flirting with Emma and hooking up with her is kind of a jerk move. But if you choose not to step in or get involved in their story because your Ian is interested in Emma himself, I don't really see that as a big deal.
In the end, if Perry doesn’t take action, it’s pretty normal for Ian or any other guy to take the chance. Ian and Emma do seem to feel a bit sorry for him and try to spare his feelings, at least early on and in public. There’s always a level of competition or timing involved, and if you miss the moment, it’s usually too late.
Ultimately, Perry is the only one responsible if nothing happens for him or if another guy steps in and ends up with Emma. Plus, you even have the option, when playing as Ian, to set Perry up with Cherry if you want to make up for him losing Emma in some way.
I'm of the "you snooze, you lose" school of thought when it comes to hooking up.
Perry didn't have the balls to hook up with Emma or Cherry. Thus he loses.
I actually really like the fact that Louise is a potential hook up option and potential love interest. The fact that she's willing to do anal is a cherry on the cake.
The only frustration is that when I've been "dating" Holly, she's not willing to do anal, but when she becones a slut and didn't hook up with Ian, till she randomly comes over one night (in Chapter 13), you can stick it in her butt and creampie her ass.
Hopefully, "monogamous" route for Holly, does eventually allow Ian to have anal fun.
I am enjoying the fact that after the vacation, it seems that some routes close off. If Ian is either interested in Holly or Lena, it ends fucking around with Emma. Simultenously, you can make Emma more exclusive after the vacation.
My hope now is apart from more Louise content. There will be an addition of Nat and Gillian (which would make sense, given that you can have an Axel, route with Lena).
