It is sexualising if a woman only wants a black guy for a big dick. I've seen this happen personally but with the genders switched. Not going to get into specifics because don't want to get in trouble or start an argument since we're already off topic but I've seen first hand a certain race of guys go to a specific country to try to get with a certain race of girls only to find out said girls are generally not attracted to them at all and then they get super butthurt about it.

I think a lot of people just live in a bubble and get a rude awakening when they find out that some places in the world are a lot different than what they were led to believe from reading or watching stuff online.
