My man! As far as the game goes there is not really a way to form a harem save for a throuple that could be formed by Ian, Lena and Holly. But if you want to have sex with all the girls in one playthrough, it can be done. Just have a FWB relationship with Lena and be seeing other girls on the side. There are some forks you will encounter when trying to fuck all the girls though. If you want a detailed breakdown on how to navigate through them just ask. I'm not sure what you mean by sharing but Ian can share 3 girls with Jeremy. Lena, Emma and Alison are the girls.
