Both protagonists in this game can meet this requirement easily.

In the technical sense, calling it a harem may be a bit of a stretch; both Lena and Ian can pursue multiple partners during the same run but those are hookups or cheating, and even when it is the first that happens the hookup-er usually gets a negative reaction from at least one of the hookup-ee, so not everyone is chill with the idea. IMO the closest thing we can hope to get is the throuple

I think simultaneously in this context means all those sexual partners/relationships happen in the same rough timeframe and without ending one relationship before establishing other(s), not all having sex at once in literally the same point in time. If it was the latter, then most of the games on this site with harem tag wouldn't qualify, lacking actual foursome (or more) scenes.

harem doesn't necessarily mean group sex (though it happens a lot in harem games). You could have one where the protagonist has multiple girls that all know about each other and ok with it, but no one engages in 3+somes.

Also, it's not cheating when you never claimed you're in relationship to begin with. Even ORS agrees, and adjusts the cheating flags accordingly.

Now, i won't mind if male characters are engaging in sexual activity with each other, that would be unfair.

That definition probably applies more to anime/cartoon where a male or female protagonist has several love interests, sometimes based on a dating sim, but they rarely seal the deal 'cause the majority are PG13, they only go through several would they won't they and shenanigans until a couple forms, they finally kiss, and the story ends. Even tho they get the tag of harem, it would not translate 1:1 to an AVN

Sure but they don't showcase cheating like ORS does, with all that entails (girls getting mad, jealous, etc.)

You should take a look at the history of Empress Wu Zetian. The only Chinese Empress in history. She had her own harem consisting of men who as well held different positions in Government. She had an interesting rise to power but I won't spoil that for you now .

Disable tutorial on the bottom right. The android version is the same across all the devices, it has nothing to do with the model of the phone.

If you didn't manage to get her in the troupe while on the Ian/Lena path probably not, but if you are in the Holly/Lena path and Lena was playing the field, there is a chance, as you get a lot of [Encourage Holly] points throughout the way (edit: cheating not gonna help, so Ian/Lena can't get in a relationship)
