They have like 16 years difference between them (based on the comment in "Never Have I Ever"* game), so they may not be able to have children together but aside that no really a big deal. And if we fast-forward to Ian's 30 she will be in her mid 40's, not young but definitely not looking like a grandma yet (but she could be a grandma at the time bc her child is a teenager)

At least 50% Ian content -- lots of people don't like male protag games for whatever reason, mainly for me personally i never self insert into these games and the last thing i want is to be in some guy's head when he's getting off, so male protag has no draw for me.
~25% Lena Lesbian content -- lesbianism is popular, but again, there's lots of people who find it a little boring. Again that's me.
~25% Lena hetero content -- the left overs.
It's a particularly tough pill to swallow going form GGGB to this, and also given that actually good female protagonist games are rare as fuck.

ehh maybe she indulges him having other flings and she gets to have a young stud as a lover. They have good chemistry especially sexually. Plus her story with her husband being a limp wrist loser can make for the perfect trampoline for her to split with him and get with ian....or maybe even better you can cuck her husband even further to the point they fuck in front of him.
