When Eva made GGGB, Patreon either didn't enforce their rules or they weren't strict about it.
Yeah, it's not that GGGB doesn't break the rules, but no one was petty enough (yet) to report it for breaking it.
There's also the probability that since there's who knows how many accounts opened daily with artists, Devs, etc. and not a lot of time to check them quick.
Be that as it may, I don't get why Ed would violate anything - there's no incest, no coersion, no tape. I've seen adult age gap play all the time on Patreon, from far far less revenue generating creators than EK. And Seymour is far far more problematic if we even entertain that that is something Patreon is scanning for like a Skynet laser among the ruins.
Ed specifically doesn't violate anything, he's just boring, trite, little sub-plot done thousands of times already, so i see why EK would have zero interest in spending time on him. Especially when his store sub-plot has multiple ways to close early.

If Lena has signed up Seymour's contract she joins him on a trip to Rome after Perry's beach house event. Arthur shows up there as one of Seymour's apparent friends and Lena can choose to flirt with him or not.
