Defintely agree! The early Ivy, as I wrote, was a wild one, happily pushing boundaries, but also a good friend. Even the pushing/egging on of Holly in the early phase can be seen as positive, because Ivy saw that Holly was way too shy to go for Ian like she was right then and needed a strong push to get going.
Up until the beach holiday Ivy´s influence on slut Holly was still slightly positive, since as we could see, Holly finally got Ian herself. Something she could have never done before (outside the book fair, which was an optional choice to do).
But after that Ivy went way too far with Holly. As I wrote I am glad we can get slutty Holly out of Ivy´s grip in the coming chapters.

In the last few chapters Ivy, like you fittingly said, degraded as a human being. What she does now is corruption pure, for whatever reason. In the beginning Ivy was a lot like Jess was in GGGB and see how Jess developed, she and Dave are a fraking great couple.

Wow, now that you describe it like that again, I can only agree and am glad that in my playthrough Lena didn't allow Holly to be influenced by Ivy and that Lena and Holly are together^^ and I hope that Lena gives Ivy a kick in the ass

I liked the update, not as much content as I would like (we all want more content asap!), but it was pretty good minus the alpha bugs.

Ivy is showing her true origin, she is actually the result of an unfortunate encounter involving a giant Boa constrictor and Gene Simmons.

It was a one time thing according to Gene, the constrictor never recovered. With this update her scales are starting to show. The stress of her failing life is causing the predatory instincts of her reptilian side to wear her human facade thin. Dragging down all the hot and innocent girls around her is the only path to survival. We may find in future updates that Louise and Ivy are unknowingly related, explaining why Louise is so clingy.

Honestly, its surprising that the update was this delayed all things considered and that its still buggy as fuck.

have you ever looked in the code of the game? or rather have you ever tried writing your own? because i have and i can tell you it's a variable-nightmare.
i don't wanna state a position here, claiming that evakiss is milking her patrons or not, that's besides my point. i don't know how time consuming her art is and claim how much time she saves by rehashing scenes, or if doing entirely new ones would be that much of a workload. but i can tell you that that kind of code evakiss writes is mindnumbingly complex and hard to keep track of.
there is a variable in there that tracks lena's drug consumption and in a scene with anthony it might overrule a chance to have an option going forward or stopping. then it might get tailored to how lena and ian currently engage in their relationship, which alone has so many variables on how it got formed, how it's going and the degree on either part of their faithfulness. not to forget the possible addition of holly in this. and all that and more, for just scene variation for that specific anthony scene!
you have to keep track of the variables themselves, then inconsistencies (for example is a variable check for relationship type between ian and lena pointless if they are in the throuple with holly), and knowing when and how to use variables at what point in the story.

and the prologue of v14? that came out in the middle of august. now internally that script file is renamed to chapter14a and got roughly 4 times bigger than before. but we also have chapter14b now as well, which is 2 times bigger than chapter14a as well!

no, frankly speaking i'm impressed she wrote all that in a month and a half (but maybe i'm just really slow with that myself, so the final verdict is on you guys). and how many bugs did we find so far? i'd be surprised we get over 10 . that is very well within reason!

What gives you the option to do drugs anyway, do you know? My Lena only did them once at Ivy's bday party, so I presume you have to take drugs more than once before ch. 14 to get the options to continue?
I never got the option to take any, but I don't know if it's blocked on the Holly romance.
