Just let Holly be corrupted by Ivy by always pushing Holly towards her when you control Lena. She can fuck Ivy, Lena, Mark, Robert, Clark and star in a glory hole. That's what I was hoping for. Even if you have a vanilla Lena who's good friends with Ivy she'll still go for the QoS tattoo. It's a missed opportunity to add some choice/results gameplay because there are a lot of opportunities for Lena to present herself as a threat to Ivy at the pool party, but even if you play it cool like you're just there to support a friend and not steal the spotlight, Ivy will still betray your trust.
As the scene stands now I think it's a real mask off moment for Ivy that negatively contextualizes all the other moves she's made previously, such as bailing the photo shoot with Axel. It solidifies her as a villain and the other characters are right to warn Lena about her.
