Seconding LSS as the most Eva Kiss type game I've played that's not by Eva.

I think i'd point to Crossing the Lines as the one which deserves that sort of recognition, although it is far more similar to GGGB due to single female protagonist and quick developing plots. But it has something like 5-6 distinct "career paths" and similar amount of LIs (with reactivity to cheating etc) so when it comes to amount of playthroughs it may give even ORS a run for its money.

For me, the most similar game, despite being set in a world with two suns anchored in the Bronze Age, is Inner Empire.

It has a very well-written female protagonist and a rich and detailed original world set between the Bronze Age and the Iron Age in which you must make a lot of decisions that will have an impact on the rest of the game. You can define your character's origin and abilities, but always keep in mind that you are just a normal young girl without any special or unique powers.

I consider it one of the best games along with those made by Eva Kiss.

I'll throw Higher Education by ActonBelle into the conversation. Though it has only had one update since release and ActonBelle has said she doesn't dedicate a lot of time towards working on the project. But as far as quality for what does exist I think it's on par or better than ORS. So I guess that means don't expect the work to ever get finished, but appreciate the work for what it is.

Yes, there's a lot of freedom in how you play. In fact, your Selene can start with prior sexual experience; of the four origins, two begin as virgins (Heiress and Vagrant) and two as non-virgins (Survivor and Noble), though this doesn't limit you.

But it's the Bronze Age; there are no reliable contraceptives and the effectiveness of those offered isn't guaranteed.

You basically need to commit to her from the start to keep Jeremy away from her. If you want her love route you can't get with Cindy either.

We don't know yet. That literally just happened and we're unsure of the ramifications.


Alison can currently only have two threesomes. One with Ian + Jeremy and another with Jeremy + Billy. Ian can suggest a third, but there isn't currently a FFM threesome available with Alison involved. Emma has only just had her first scene with Lena, but can set up a FFM threesome with her + Lena and then Ian and seemingly Perry.


Depends on how you want it. Lena kind of has one with Ian. Same for Minerva with Ian. But I wouldn't really say that either are well fleshed out.

Nope. We can assume maybe, but we're not going to know the endings until the start happening. EK is a gardening style writer, meaning that it's not structured very far in advance.


Are there other women? Sure. Are there other women with scenes? No. Perhaps other will be introduced later.

Interesting. It so happens that LSS is one of the very few games I have played besides EK's, but I had never founnd it similar to ORS. In terms of writing, I find it far inferior to ORS, however in terms of sex content it has been far more satisfying than ORS and much, much, much faster than EK has (not yet after five fucking years) delivered.

So far it appears that you can set the boundary however you like. You have to stick with Alison as Ian to have a say, and not go with other women over her, but you can do the threesome and then conclude not to repeat it and continue the romance normally.
It seems you might be able to suggest further threesomes and keep the romance going, but the route hasn't reached a second threesome to confirm the surival of the romance past that yet. I would assume that you can keep it going in that direction if you like though.

You can have sex with Alison and others at the same time. To romance her you have to pick her over other options at least, though I don't recall if you have to end routes with other female characters manually to keep it going. I usually stick to one romance at a time as Ian, so it's been a while since I tested their conflict points myself.

The Alison romance path does not blend well with Cindy, Cherry, Emma and Holly. You can fuck Lena and others including slutty Holly.

edit: this is why I rarely play the Alison romance path cause my Ian is a hoe and and he needs to spread his seed far and wide
