Wade knows how to handle himself in public spaces, he just doesn't really enjoy it and so doesn't want to attend. Stan is, in contrast, a shut-in embarrassment who has no idea how to handle such situations. I doubt Cindy would enjoy that experience any more she does with Wade, unless she's got a thing for getting publicly humiliated.

Doesn't apply for this game. ORS is a western game and relatively grounded and realistic. The game logic doesn't accommodate Stans success by creating scenarios where the girls (unrealistically) fall for him like in the many anime tropes. He doesn't have a magical dick, he doesn't have power over the girls through blackmail, the girls aren't dumbed down to justify why they would lower themselves for him. The game doesn't even relish in his ugliness like with Arthur, the actual ugly bastard. The latter is better example on how this trope can brought into the game. Arthur has money, drugs, confidence and experience. Still a fantasy, but there are tidbits to vaguely justify his success.
