I tried to create a realistic Cindy. Strangely enough, no green eyes although I tell the AI to do so.

Well it is possible, though there are some hurdles and I don't know if they could be overcome with the current state of programs and tech.

In my opinion, the drawing style is exactly the element that grabs the main attention and makes the characters memorable

CaptainBlt You make great fanart first of all and the realism ones look great on their own, but they are in my opinion immersion breaking and don't look good in this thread so I agree with you "cartoon" ones look better because it's how the game is done and how characters grew on us. Plus if there is a flaw in realism one it immediately stands out, but if cartoon one has flaw it's a lot less unbelievable.
