Hi! Giving you some feedback as requested.
Good points:
1. I like the FMC, she indeed looks like an older woman and looks pretty hot for her age, only thing is that I have seen that hairstyle quite a lot.
2. Renders are fine, and image composition is on point, I like the way you manage angles from both floors.
3. The story feels good and I like that the setting is pretty simple, making the updates easier to achieve therefore minimizing production times.
Talking about story,
Points I think can be better:
1. The text feels somehow rushed, I know that could be for render economy, but I feel the need to have more detail to enter a lot more into the story, also that the 'choices' are pretty obvious and the illusion of choice is non existent. How to better that? Just add more details on how the MC feels in the space he and the FMC are experiencing. Maybe even get some insights into FMC point of view? Well, you'll figure it out.
In general I see potential... Two big potentials.

It was a start , a very short start, i guess it will be interesting in a few years
Simple good start to game, but here are a couple of things to that I noticed:
1. You start off by calling Alexandra by your mothers friend and then refer to as your Aunt.
2. When you are stood by chair with her panties on; It is unlikely you would think (These are her panties). More likely ("mmmm I wonder what her pussy smells like, should I sniff them?") 1. Oh Yeah!. 2. Yeuk No! (shows enthusiasm)
3. When you are by the bathroom door where is showering; (I can try and peep at her.). ("She is still showering, should I try a quick look see?"). 1. Of course, if her panties smell that nice, what does she look like naked? 2. No I had better not.

Doesn't seem nearly as interesting as UFO for me. Hopefully you'll keep the main focus on that game.

So, $10/mo. minimum ($120/yr) for a mildly interesting game that will update a half-dozen times a year (at best) with about an hour an update (if lucky) and you're teasing it with a bland 5 min. demo? Yeah, not happening . I can own a copy of God of War outright for $70, which would have as much content at much better quality than you'll ever put in this before abandoning it. You guys are becoming delusional. I'd wish you luck, but wouldn't mean it.

just by choosing the MILF model, your project will get a lot of attention, even if the genre may not necessarily be one of the favourites.
Unfortunately, the past has shown that many developers overestimate themselves and they do not manage to continue just one project at regular intervals. however, an abandoned game is never the kind of publicity a developer needs to be recognized and supported. Whether your decision to present 2 projects really makes sense remains to be seen. I personally have my doubts about that.
our secret is a very short demo that doesn't manage to convey what you want to tell. which role the protagonist plays (son/nephew/acquaintance) will probably be interpreted by each user according to his ideas.
to form an opinion, or even to write a review, this demo just doesn't offer enough content. "atmospheric porn horror" and missing (planned) tags don't bring any light into the dark either.
I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you manage to keep both projects running.
