Yeah, I'd recommend it. There are actual reasons for all that nonsense, and you start to get peeks at them as the story progresses. Everything up into the late teen chapters is just setup (even though a lot of shit happens). But it's a "diving into the mystery" kind of story, so it seems less stupid and superficial the more layers of the onion you peel back.... that's a fun storytelling technique, but it does mean shit starts out a little gonzo.

apparently the dev is going to maintain the patch, so if they ever hit 10k the reward to the community will be some of the development effort will be diverted into gay porn from then on. thanks?

The entire joke came from the fact that it wouldn't take any effort at all, especially since it wouldn't include Mizzie or Tsukiko.
Try to count how many Jamie sex scenes I'll have to rework right now because of it.

Just because jamie didn't SHOW how horny she is, doesn't mean she isn't. I'd argue the feelings Matoi is getting are mixed with a lot of urges.

From what we found out in ch39, it sounds like the genemod thing is going to go from a "oh btw, there's a reason everyone has great tits" to a pretty important bit of the plot.
There's actually a lot of that in the game. Something starts out looking like porno-game silliness (CJ being dumb, the big meme guy in the sky, the girl-pretending-to-be-a-boy, girls being more attracted to the MC than makes sense, etc) that then turn out to have very, very deeply thought out reasons for them that are slowly being revealed over time.

Some people don't like when fantasy or sci-fi concepts thrown into the story just to explain stuff like this, I guess he's one of them. It's kinda like nailing things down with microscope instead of a hammer, like why.Why not? Seems legit for me. I absolutely don't mind

It's the usuall appdata/locallow on win. I think the game even have a dedicated button to take u to that folder.
