Press Alt+Enter to fullscreen - that's default combination across all windows apps (or Cmd+F on mac osx). I can actually easily add F11 as a hotkey, can even make it configurable - I'll probably do that in the next public update.
About features you listed - these features are not exclusive to Ren'Py. They just come ready out of the box in Ren'Py engine but it's a shit engine. In Unity one has to implement these features from scratch - which we did (and I think rollback works much more reliably in OoT after a lot of pain and debugging). And we also implemented a lot of stuff that most Ren'Py games don't have. And we also implemented it in a way to never break any saves with game updates.
To show how trivial it is to implement - I just did in like 10 minutes:
It will be F11 by default but if you already have config file from previous version you'll have to manually bind it to F11.

If you're trying to say Unity games have higher hardware requirements - that's not true. It's a matter of optimizing the game. I can easily run OoT on a laptop that can barely run any renpy game.

A downside of Unity being more capable, someone browsing the updates page doesn't know that this game is basically a souped up ren'py game.

If it makes you feel better, it's planned for 100 chapters, And they get way longer starting with 22, so you're only 7.5% through the current content

To be fair this is the only reason I continued playing the game. Came for the porn, stayed for the funny shit and then got invested in the story.

I mean there's Patreon, Itch and SS in the OP all of which allow you to give money. And if you really want to minimize fees you can probably dm and ask for a paypal link.
