I'd recommend giving tropicali a go. The unpopular thing about it was the ending if you pursue all of the girls for your harem (some of them are upset at the end). Otherwise, great game. Unless you fuck your REDACTED , which gives a worse ending. Don't fuck your REDACTED .

I did play a bit more but despite the game actually being pretty good the further the story went the less I liked the MC. Think after the sex scene with Laoise and getting asked that question for some reason the reaction the MC had and how he had been acting so far did not really pull me in. Think me from years ago maybe, but for now I think I'll wait.

Also this game made me realize one thing that annoyed me was why no translations for the Spanish in OoT?

Tropicali is pretty upfront about how the MC of that game is not a good person and is actively harming the girls lives by getting more involved with them. I don't believe you are supposed to identify with Mr. No Eyes.

Some authors only ever write one story, others can write different stories. I like that the two projects handle the idea of a large harem in completely different ways.

I've got the game working mostly fine without one, I just added the game to lutris and set the runner to wine, but some of the scenes with animations don't seem to properly transition. They stall at the end of the animation for a few seconds as if the game froze, then transition when I click.

This is not what you're looking for right now then, sadly. This story is entirely linear.

However, the other project by StoryAnon, Tropicali, has a lot of player choice and agency in how the story plays out. It's also finished for the time being, so you wont have to wait for updates to see how the story plays out. If you like this project but want more involvement, I'd suggest trying out Tropicali.

Alright I even went back and stared at the renders. Either theres a reference to some other media I'm unaware of, or I'm massively overthinking this.

I didn't even consider that she was supposed to represent someone/something else until I read these comments. I assumed K-31 was K-31, and that's all there was to it.

Clearly, I've missed something.
