OoT is so linear it's easy to just skip through. Just set the skip mode to unseen text and hold ctrl until you're about where you left off.
You don't need to hold ctrl, just press S once (or Skip button or different hotkey if you changed it in settings).

So, Story Anon made good on a certain poll from a few months back. I wasn't expecting that to happen for a long, long time for some reason.
