Its not about kink shaming (or whatever) in this case. The protagonists idenity is a huge part of the avn (maybe the main part), therefore you cant change his name and his current name is related to important stuff.
I know ive seen the chad thundercock thing, not a big deal, it can be my real name while my surname is whatever i want during conversations and stuff, but if its hard coded into the events and shit then i guess ill deal w it. This might not be the game for you then. Its a very story based game, and light on the porn. I think I understand what you mean about self-inserting, but I don't think that would work here. Without spoiling things, it would break things in a lot of ways if you were to re-christen CJ. You'd have to do a good bit of work also, as CJ is a nickname. Different characters call the MC different things at different points. You'd have to go and rewrite a lot of the script manually for a mod to work the way I believe you'd want it to.
I think i was playing for like 30 mins or so or got sidetracked into playing War Thunder or Genshin...funs series....and damn its been 2 years so i don't remember anything about this game.
