f1sh just changed the passcode but even that does not apply correctly in his code LOL.
old: foreskin1337
new: pASScode2
What the game uses: still the old 'foreskin1337' even though he seemed to set is as default and after load...
Besides, entering an 'invalid' passcode and retrying returns 'All gallery scenes are successfully unlocked!'. Completely misplaced in the code.
No QA at all...

1- Save your savegame and delete all the files (and also in "\AppData\Local\Temp" if it exists).
2- Then extract the files and place the savegame.

It is strange that happen to you in this way to the images.
It worked normal for me...

Is there any specific files I need to delete in the Temp folder? I don't know which ones to erase.
Also, where do I input the password?
