My examples would be Dominant Witches, Boring Days and Nothing Is Forever. Karlsson's Gambit has a maledom route, but it's very focused on femdom. Didn't see any complaints about it, but the game made it clear from the start.

Would you mind sharing with me the name of those 3 games you mentioned? :s

1) Karrlson's Gambit Very femdom focused world, that you can carve out a maledom path, but you have to know when (who) to submit to, and if you balance it very well, you can have a very pleasant playthrough that arguably leads to the best outcome. If you try to be full dominate, you'll get your ass handed to you real fast, but if you're too submissive you'll also have a not good time. This might be too much if you can't stand the setting in general though, where the RICH (mostly women) are extremely powerful.

2) Sanguine Rose, this is a completed game, narrative driven and very well done.

3) Sex Valley, this one is surprisingly good because it wasn't meant to cater to either fetish, it just focus on the MC's personality. You choose if your responses are Aggressive, Neutral, or Submissive when you make choices towards a scene, and it will play the scene out based on how you approached it rather than any kind of intended theme.

edit: someone else responded to you instead, also I guess NiF also does a great job balancing it too, so I guess that's four games, or going by them I guess you can remove KG. Either way, those games that can balance it out are too rare, I can list waaaaaaaaaay more that tried and failed.

ehhh dom witches is more like vanilla/light maledom vs increasingly hardcore femdom. It's not really a balanced experience, especially as most of the content is femdom. (still a great game though)

Well, I just know it had a maledom route and I didn't see any complaints from either side. I enjoyed the femdom route

haven't played the game but one piece of feedback just based on the preview pictures. The dialogue is a little inconsistent switching between perspectives, for example the 3rd pic is a good example. It's a confusing mix of I, she, and you. It's better if you keep it more consistent message to message i think, rather than cramming all that into one text box. So if you need to do you/she that should be a separate text box from her dialogue, especially since you aren't using " " to indicate dialogue or anything. I'm interested in the concept though so will definitely try it out.

Why do people continue to think taking two polar opposite groups and forcing them to interact together is gonna do anything other than create utter chaos and bickering? I've seen like maybe 3 games that pulled off combining male/femdom in a way that people were fine with it, mostly the dev can't deal with the backlash from one side or the other and ultimate just burn out

Yeah, putting two polar opposite kink groups into the same space is one thing. It can be done with minimal bickering if you make content for both equally.
But putting them together AND say you'll favor one side if they paid more? This is a recipe for starting a flame war from people who don't get their way after supporting financially because the other guy have more money to burn.

Okay, I've only heard of Overwatch due to the animated shorts on YouTube but the idea of a protagonist getting isekai'd into a world that he knows and is aware of the characters he meets in that world is quite an interesting concept.

Bound by Lust from LustSeekers is great in both paths. Though I prefer femdom and haven't tried the maledom route much. But what I meant is it has enough content of each fetish to satisfy both. It's the best game in striking this balance in my opinion.

in theory i like the idea of having both maledom and femdom options. it coud give room for more vanilla/balanced players, but also lets you decide how much of either dom you want, with the options to nope out of too extreme things. unfortunatly this game doesn't do that at all. you either play as mister maledom (didn't test that), or you have to fully commit to the femdom route where every insult thrown your way makes you cream your pants. it's 0 or 100, but nothing inbetween. potential community clashes aside, that's not how you wanna do it.

I can't comment on Summer Scent, but Bound By Lust, while I do like the game, is another victim of being crushed by the audience. He has trouble dealing with the two extremes and its gotten to the point the updates are becoming far more sparse for less content. His last update was his Halloween update...in April/May. He's not doing well with the extremes because he's having a hard time with both sides and how he wanted NTR but its basically super soft-core/scrapped at this point for basically what is just voyeurism that people can't handle and got tagged as NTR now because "it counts".

For the record, my list wasn't supposed to be "all inclusive", the point is there is at least 5 games to each one that somehow makes it work, and bound by lust is getting close to abandoned at this point. Seeker is in major hiding and might poke his head up with a small update in a few months.

And the femdom content is fantastic, I don't see him struggle in that front.

About LustSeekers... He/she posted yesterday saying next update will come at the end of july or start of august with 5 scenes for Natalie with femdom or maledom variants, plus one scene with 2 other characters each. He announced a ton of animations and showed preview pictures.
And when this dev goes silent, it's only for lower tiers, he still updates the Patreon Progress bar and participates in Discord higher tiers. And the Halloween update took longer than expected but was pretty long for a one man army. So... saying the game is practically abandoned is unfair.

And yeah like you said, there are some titles that make it work. I don't agree that a game can't have two opposite fetishes, the playerbase are people who should be able to respect differences in preferences and not kink shame. Not little children. And if discussion prevails then the dev can simply ignore the thread for a while. There are always positive people, at least in Discord or maybe valuable silent players who can enjoy their particular fetish (be it femdom or maledom).

I do enjoy femdom only and NTR only games but can't complain if it's mixed content when the writing and renders are great.

I was mostly too, I threw in the NTR side note because he gets harassed on that front. I take what seeker says about deadlines with a grain of salt. Like I said, Halloween update came out in march/april. The next update is supposedly coming in July.
