if work is done bad discipline(but dont slap more than once),if work is done good reward is very simple. Talk to her and dont be to hasty with h stuf everything will come.

What's the success rate on her tasks set to, 2%?

Used a save editor to get her disipline up to 99 and she never failed her tasks.

Full save, file 2 is saved pretty close to the end scene, just talk a little and go to sleep to see it.

Classic DanGames. I am happy that he keeps doing his thing - shitty monotonous one-time rpgm games.
I was a bit scared when I saw a serious rpgm game from him and then a RenPy game. But he returned to the roots and that is great!

Do not sexually abuse her.
Put her to work. If she succeeds reward her, if she fails use the first option for "punish", which is a scolding.
Talk to her to increase affection. Basically a grindy routine of Work->Reward/Punish->Talk.
Always invite her to bed.
After the first affection threshold is reached, more options will become available, including consensual sexual interactions.Giving food as well, which recharges part of her energy (reward number 2).
You'll keep getting the bad ending if your "Discipline" level goes to 0.
I also recommend having a phone with a camera translator while plying to understand the options. It's annoying that the game is not completely translated, although at least itis still playable
