Try changing your video player or adjusting your media decoder settings.The Video has artifacts at the bottom. Downloaded twice to check if it's on my end.

What video player were u using? On my end at first I thought I have the same issue as you since I set my default video player to vlc and it had those artifacts you've mentioned and on quite a lot of videos as well, but then after changing it to the windows media player it then removes those artifacts.
